Conex Copper Busbar specializes in prototype to low volume production of custom fabricated bus bars and bus bar assemblies, including AC/DC, modular, and grounding systems. From system design and preparation, to fabrication and installation, we provide large industrial power consumers and original equipment manufacturers with quality products and value added services.Using high conductivity copper, we manufacture bus bars to handle current ratings up to 25,000 A and voltage ratings up to 600 V for AC and DC systems. Available in sizes up to 20′ long, 0.75-6″ wide, and 0.25-0.675″ thick. Additional options include tin and silver electroplating for added corrosion resistance. Our expertise extends to design and fabrication of expansion joints, and we provide engineering assistance to ensure that the size and configuration is the best match for your specific application. All production runs are subject to first article inspection and all products are fully resistance tested to ensure top quality.
